Is an e-commerce website of Azerbaijan Airlines. I joined the AZAL website project during the final phase before production release.
I coordinated closely with internal UX/UI designers, web developers, project managers, and SEO specialists, while also collaborating with AZAL’s backend engineers, infrastructure team, and Scrum Masters.
Working in sprint-based cycles, we delivered remaining technical tasks, resolved post-production issues, and stabilized the platform, contributing to a successful production launch and smooth handover for ongoing operations.

Is an e-commerce project in the consumer electronics and home appliances sector, covering both a website and a mobile application.
I joined the project after its production release, during the technical support phase, at a critical time when the number of active users had doubled.
To ensure platform stability, I initiated the creation of a dedicated testing environment for QA and stress testing. Based on the results, I identified system limitations and risks and coordinated the development team to carry out extensive optimization of both the applications and the server infrastructure.
As a result, platform stability was significantly improved, and the project was successfully handed over.

When I joined the project, it was stalled at the final stage of development. Taking ownership, I optimized collaboration between internal developers and the CRM system team, assessed business requirements and risks, reprioritized tasks, and defined clear deadlines.
As a result, the project was successfully launched into production within two weeks. Over the following year, I continued to manage the project during the technical support phase, integrating workflows across Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Bitrix24, and ultimately delivered the project successfully.
